When you book with us, the process is simple, safe and secure, but it doesn’t stop there. We offer a personal, concierge service to all our guests so that you have all the information you need to help you have the best time, before during and after your stay.

About BE

Alongside a successful career in corporate life Angela’s passion has always been property development, long before it became a ‘thing’. From building houses to renovating listed buildings, this is where her heart is happiest, especially in her native and beloved Yorkshire. As a holiday cottage owner, she understood this market too, so after she left corporate life and was thinking about what next it seemed natural to combine her love of property, with her passion for Yorkshire. Angela’s daughter Charlotte is a successful photographer and marketeer and she too was keen to get involved, her work takes her across the country but Yorkshire remains her favourite place to be.

After searching the marketplace for a holiday letting agency that was based in Yorkshire with real local knowledge, they couldn’t find the right fit. They felt there was a gap in the market for an agency who were willing to work collaboratively with them, as holiday property owners. An agency that understood the need for flexibility without penalising them, that would offer a helping hand if they needed them too, and importantly, were willing to see them as a individuals and work with them on a bespoke basis.  

That’s how Beautiful Escapes evolved, the more they thought about it, it felt like the natural next step, to share their beautiful Yorkshire with you. Working collaboratively with holiday home owners who are keen to provide the very best places to stay, they are able to curate a portfolio of properties they have personally selected. They are a family business, they’ve earned their stripes as seasoned property developers and holiday homeowners in their beloved Yorkshire, so they know a thing or two about creating your beautiful escape.
