The Old Police Station was as the name suggests, the home of the Harrogate and District police force until 2012. Situated in the centre of Harrogate, the 1927 grade II listed building was designed in 1927 by the West Riding County Architect, Percy Oates Platts. The recognisable, historical ‘Queen Anne Revival’ style building, was built for the Claro Division of Police, and the force occupied the premises in March 1930. With its particularly impressive facade, this building has an architectural formality and ‘gravitas’, befitting of its former purpose.

This stunning apartment is just moments from the centre of Harrogate with all of its shops, restaurants and cafes to explore, you will also find the Harrogate conference centre in town which hosts many events throughout the year, or take a short stroll to the famous ‘Stray’ an expanse of open parkland the perfect spot for a beautiful walk.

As you enter through the magnificent iron gates into the landscaped grounds this secure gated apartment takes pride of place at the front of building on the ground floor.
This handsome Grade ll listed building, boasts carefully retained period features with all the benefits of 21st century living. Enter the main hall and step onto the original black and white tiled floor that leads you into the apartment. On entering the apartment, you will find the sitting/dining room and kitchen to the left, here you are immediately struck by the impressive original arched windows that flood this area with light and afford views out to the beautiful gardens.
